One of my areas of speciality is helping people to manage and resolve Travel Anxiety.

General anxiety and stress often leads to fears around travelling, eg fear of driving, fear being a passenger, fear of flying, or fear of travelling by train. By reducing general anxiety, reframing and embedding future journeys during hypnosis, clients soon regain their confidence to drive, fly and travel freely.

By reframing how your exam, interview or presentation will go, and embedding the positive outcome, you will feel calm and in control and perform at your very best increasing the or inability of a good outcome. Where clients need more support we use NLP techniques, breathing exercises, TFT or EFT tapping and affirmations to create a package of support for your big day.
