Specialist in Trauma and Anxiety Related Conditions
For people who can’t switch their brain off even when they’re exhausted. I’m a Trauma and Anxiety Specialist working with intelligent, fast-thinking people who look like they’re coping, but feel overwhelmed, wired, or stuck.
Many of the people I work with aren’t naturally drawn to therapy. They’ve often spent years pushing through, overthinking everything, or keeping things to themselves … until it starts to catch up with them.
I have a particular interest in ADHD/autistic traits, trauma, and complex or difficult relationship patterns.
Resolve. Heal. Flourish
Become the authentic, best version of yourself
I’m Sara Caselton Bone at Sense-Ability Solution Focused Hypnotherapy & Coaching, providing therapies that focus on now and the future to resolve issues from the past.
My Healing Journey
Personal Agency
My Approach
My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and gently challenging; helping you get out of your head, calm your system, and create real change without it feeling heavy or overcomplicated
Resolving Fears and Phobias
Some clients have specific issues that impact their lives, eg fear of driving or flying, exam or interview nerves.
These clients need support to change their mindset, habits and behaviours before exams, presentations, interviews or weddings, to help them achieve the outcomes they want. It’s a joy to get quick results.
When things are more complex
Some clients have more complex and deep-rooted issues; or they are navigating a major life change.
They’ve tried everything! Talking therapies, exposure therapy or CBT.
Helping these clients find the path to recovery is deeply rewarding.
Respecting your Beliefs
At Sense-Ability, we support people with all faiths and belief systems; men, women, adolescents, members of the LGBT+ community, people from different social and ethnic backgrounds, neurodiverse people, and die-hard traditionalists too.
Solution Focused approaches
The foundation of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is Solution Focused Brief Therapy or SFBT; a tried and tested psychological therapeutic process that reflects current knowledge of neuroscience and psychology and focuses on now and the future to resolve the past.
No digging into the past; No talking about the same problems week on week; No analysis; No judgement; No labels.
Hope opens the door to healing
The most important aspect of Solution Focused work is Hope. Learning to to accept, heal and resolve brings greater resilience and leads to greater peace and a better quality of life and success - as defined by you.
My Values; your Values
My ethical basis
At Sense-Ability we offer a safe, non-judgemental space for clients to resolve issues in a way that’s comfortable for them.
We work from an ethical base that the client’s beliefs, values, culture and model of the world are respected.
Progress can be rapid and transformational. But any reported ‘miracles’ are my clients. Not ours.
“I don’t promise miracles, although my clients report experiencing them often. ”
Healing and Growtg
I am a psychotherapist accredited and insured to practice Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and other modalities.
I am not a Clinical Psychotherapist and do not diagnose or analyse clients. Supporting you at your pace
I start where you are now and work at your pace. I encourage you to find your own solutions aligned with your beliefs, values and motivations (not mine).

A Note on Emotional Reactions in Therapy
Occasionally, during or after a session, you might experience a strong emotional or physical response. This is called an abreaction, and while it can feel intense, it is a natural part of the healing process. If this happens, please get in touch with me as soon as you can. We can then do some gentle therapeutic work together to help you process it and bring things back into balance.
